Second-year high school girl Konata Izumi is a true otaku. At school, she becomes good friends with the distinctly different Hiiragi sisters and the often thoughtless Miyuki Takara. The four often hang out together and discuss various topics. During today’s lunch break, the topic Konata brings up is surprisingly “starting to eat the sandwich from that side”! To everyone’s surprise, they all start discussing it with great interest.
