In 2060, in order to address various supernatural crises, the World Organization selected elite agents from around the globe to form the Crisis Bureau. The Crisis Bureau then chose the elite of the elite to create a special team named Phantom. Three years ago, during a mission to recover a treasure, the team was ambushed by the Derek squad due to the leader Haoyuan's naïveté, resulting in nearly all members being killed. Haoyuan himself was framed by Derek and fell off a cliff. However, the target treasure—the Immortality Stone—unexpectedly entered Haoyuan's body, bringing him back to life and granting him the ability to control time, including powers like time stop and time rewind.
