A high school girl, Sakura Nanase (played by Mone Kamishiraishi), who is full of beautiful fantasies about the world, encounters her destined man during a study trip in Tokyo. She witnesses the intense scene where Dr. Ten Paradise (played by Takeru Satoh) saves an ill passerby, and falls in love with him at first sight. After that, she sets a firm goal, works hard, and finally becomes a nurse five years later. To her delight, Nanase starts working at the Niura General Hospital where Ten Paradise is employed. However, with high hopes come great disappointments. Ten has long forgotten this ordinary passerby, and at the hospital, he seems like a strict demon, showing no special treatment or tolerance to newcomers. Nanase and her peers face a series of stormy reprimands for the slightest mistakes, causing them to doubt their very existence.
