To protect the factories and mines that were about to return to the people, and to quickly restore production in the liberated areas to support the nationwide liberation war, Li Longgang and his team united the miners and the public to engage in a complex and thrilling struggle against the remaining Kuomintang forces, enemy agents, and the bandit bullies they had bribed.
