Advertising company employee Kouji Koma (played by Ryo Muro) is sent from the headquarters to a local branch at the age of 45, leaving behind his wife and daughter in Tokyo. He arrives at the chaotic city of Asura, known for its mix of good and bad characters, to take his post. With only two employees and on the brink of closure, Kouji, as the store manager, is forced to face the inescapable dilemma: "If performance doesn’t improve, we’ll go bankrupt—I'll get fired." With a mortgage and a daughter’s education to think about, he absolutely cannot be laid off!
