Theodosia Throckmorton, also known as Theo, is the 14-year-old daughter of two brave Egyptian archaeologists who are digging in the Valley of the Kings in 1906. When Theo and her brother, the inventively mad Henry, accidentally discover a hidden tomb and a mysterious artifact, the Eye of Horus, Theo unlocks the ability to see and perform true magic, thereby uncovering a whole new world filled with mystery and danger.
