In Earth-65, Spider-Woman Gwen (voiced by Hailee Steinfeld) is filled with guilt over the death of her friend Peter, and her father's misunderstanding of Spider-Man adds to her anxiety. During a mission, Gwen meets companions Miguel O'Hara and Jessica Drew from other universes. They inform her that to prevent further collapse of the multiverse, Miguel plans to form a strike team composed of elite Spider-Men. Gwen is invited to join them and takes the opportunity to travel through time and space to Earth-1610, where she reunites with Miles (voiced by Shameik Moore) after a long absence. At this point, Miles has a strained relationship with his parents, admires Gwen, and longs to join the strike team but is met with rejection. Later, Miles hears a terrifying piece of news: losing loved ones is the tragic fate of every Spider-Man across all universes…
