After struggling with economic difficulties for several years, a young mother decides to return to work to help her ex-husband cope with mounting bills. With no one to look after their four-year-old daughter, the mother decides to enroll her in a local daycare center called "Little Ones," run by what appears to be a responsible elderly woman. After several weeks of Mia's awkward behavior, Rachel concludes that her daughter may have been abused by one of the daycare teachers.
