In the American gambling world, the Supreme Lei Li (played by Alan Tam) accepts the challenge from Taiwan's gambling king Cai Shanhe (played by Chen Songyong). The two gambling legends are set for a showdown in Macau. On his way to the meeting, Lei Li first visits his cousin in Hong Kong, whom he hasn't seen for many years. He ends up encountering the petty crook Leslie (played by Chan Baokang) and Big Brother (played by Andy Lau), who conspire to cheat Lei Li out of his money and trap him. After discovering Lei Li's identity, their greed drives them to impersonate the Supreme and head to Macau. Meanwhile, Cai's subordinates are plotting behind his back, secretly recruiting mercenaries to eliminate the boss and Lei Li. Unbeknownst to them, Leslie and Big Brother inadvertently create a series of comedic mishaps. Soon, Lei Li arrives, and he decides to turn the tables, ordering Leslie and Big Brother to continue acting and to seize the right moment.
