Lewis (played by Dougray Scott) has been separated from his wife for many years and, due to his busy work schedule, has entrusted his child to his father living in London. Finally, Lewis gets some free time and decides to bring his father and son back to live with him. Excited, he boards a train to London. On the train, Lewis meets a woman named Ilena (played by Lindsay Duncan), and as they converse, it seems there is some spark between them. What Lewis did not expect was that, at some point, all the train staff had disappeared, and worse, the train's brakes seemed to have failed. It turns out that a terrorist has hidden on the train and tampered with it, intending to take all the passengers with him to death. Currently, only Lewis knows this terrifying truth, and all hope now rests on his shoulders.
