Paris, 2021. Superheroes perfectly blend into society. A mysterious drug that can grant ordinary people superpowers is spreading throughout the city. Due to the increasing number of such incidents, Lieutenant Morro and Schaltzman are assigned to investigate the truth. They will join forces with two senior members of the Public Security Council, Monte Carlo and Calista, to do everything possible to curb the spread of the drug.
