Kanti Sharan Mudgal is a devotee of Lord Shiva, running a shop in the temple and happily living with his family. He is shocked when he discovers that his son Vivek has been hospitalized and that the doctor only wants to speak with him. After consulting with the doctor, Kanti learns from Vivek's friend Zahil that Vivek took medicine to increase the size of his penis after his classmates questioned it, which led to his hospitalization.
