The impoverished Ma Tianming is framed and becomes embroiled in a massacre. During his escape, he unexpectedly takes on the identity of the overseas doctor Cai Likun and hides in Hengshan Hospital. The red businessman Zhu Tiande holds a large sum of secret red funds, but falls into a coma due to a sudden illness while evading enemy pursuit and is admitted to Hengshan Hospital.
