In a courtyard in a certain city, there lived two families. The Zhang family and the Li family had been neighbors for many years, sharing the same roof and a deep bond, often helping each other through life's little troubles. However, living together inevitably led to bumps in the road, and small conflicts persisted between the two families. Grandma Zhang and Grandpa Zhang often complained that the Li family were a clever bunch, not to be provoked; similarly, the Li family held some grievances against the Zhang family's ways. The two families were sometimes as close as one family, yet at times would stir up a big mess over trivial matters. Grandpa Zhang had poor hearing and was often muddled in his actions, with all household decisions made by Grandma Zhang, who frequently ended up in ridiculous situations. Grandma Zhang was meticulous, managing the whole family, but tended to be somewhat petty.
