Lu Dakuan decides to quit his job in the shipping industry, planning to start a new life with the money he has saved and the money he borrowed from his colleague, Da Cui. However, an unexpected event causes the money to disappear, putting him in a difficult situation despite his intentions for a happy life. To avoid conflict with his wife, Tao Ye, Lu Dakuan chooses to hide the truth, which leads to a series of absurd misunderstandings.
