Under the nightfall in Jingzhou City, Handong Province, the seemingly calm political arena suddenly shrouds in dark clouds. Zhao Dehan, the director of the National Ministry's Project Office, is suspected of bribery and faces a surprise investigation by Hou Liangping (played by Lu Yi), the head of the Anti-Corruption Bureau of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate.
