This is a story about two special families in Beijing. The male protagonist, Shen Tianfang, and his wife, who suffers from "hereditary muscular dystrophy"; the female protagonist, Zhao Yaxin, and her son, who has "congenital heart disease." Due to their shared life experiences, they empathize with each other and develop a bond...
