His parents passed away when he was young, and Boss Fu raised three younger brothers and a sister on his own, managing to send them all to Beijing for a happier life. Meanwhile, he faced numerous life setbacks, including a failed marriage, infertility, and job loss. One day, while exercising in the morning, Boss Fu encounters a withdrawn little boy named Lele (played by Wu Shiyu) and subsequently saves Lele's mother, Mei Hao (played by Sun Ning), who is desperate and attempting suicide. These three ordinary individuals come together to form a temporary family. Soon, Boss Fu's siblings return home to visit their parents' graves, expressing their desire for their brother to stop living such a "failed" life and strongly persuading him to come to Beijing. Unable to resist their urging, Boss Fu temporarily moves to Beijing, only to discover that his well-off siblings also have their own troubles...
