In the new year, the president of Meishu Academy, Ryoko Sakurai (played by Hitomi Kuroki), leads her elite team to Shonan to announce the establishment of the newly merged Meishu Shonan High School. Hiroshi Uchiyamada (played by Ryo Narita) serves as vice-principal, while Eikichi Onizuka (played by AKIRA) takes on the role of assistant homeroom teacher for Class 2-A. Meanwhile, Ryuuji Hanazono (played by Yu Shirota) and Toshiyuki Saejima (played by Hiroki Yamamoto) return to their hometown for various reasons, reuniting the once troublemaking kids of Shonan.
