In a quiet alley of Kabukicho stands the "Holy Makokoro Hospital." Due to the area's characteristics, many of the patients visiting the emergency room are poor homeless individuals, foreign residents, host club workers, and adult entertainers, differing from those in general hospitals as they have unique backgrounds. Suddenly, a mysterious woman, Youko Nishi Freeman (Koike), a former military doctor with American nationality, descends upon this place.
