Riki Kiyotake (voiced by Yuu Hatakenaka) is a young boy who is passionate about skateboarding, particularly in a competition called "S." By chance, he participates in a skateboarding duel known as "BEEF" with a Canadian transfer student named Ranga Chikawa (voiced by Chiaki Kobayashi), plunging him into a crazy adventure. Despite their young age, they encounter formidable characters such as the incredibly skilled Shinya Chinen (voiced by Takuya Nagatsuka), the rebellious Hironori Higa (voiced by Kenta Miyake), the mysterious and highly skilled Kaoru Sakurayashiki (voiced by Hikaru Midorikawa), and the large but surprisingly fast Torajiro Nanjou (voiced by Yasuyuki Kase). Throughout the competition, Riki and Ranga meet like-minded friends and formidable rivals.
