In the summer of 2022, the COVID-19 pandemic continues, and the summer fireworks festival has been canceled. Seitaro Mochizuki, a fireworks artist (played by Issei Takahashi), and his son, A-hang (played by Koji Hashizume), spend this year with nothing to do. A-hang has repeatedly suggested to Seitaro that although large-scale fireworks festivals cannot be held, they could accept individual orders to launch small fireworks displays.
