Chaimen Nuan (played by Tsubasa Fujikawa) lives in a secluded and remote fishing village, where he is about to marry the woman he loves, Muge Kiri (played by Mizuki Yamamoto). Both believe that a happy life awaits them. In the village, a man named Nanjou Yukio (played by Tadayoshi Okura) has long been jealous of Chaimen Nuan. He collaborates with his equally envious colleague, Le Qing (played by Hirofumi Arai), and the officer Irima Koun (played by Katsunori Takahashi) to ultimately send Chaimen Nuan to prison.
