Starring Patrick Dempsey and Alessandro Borghi ([The Painful Truth]), the 10-episode new series "Devils" (temporarily titled) features direction and production by Nick Hurran ("Sherlock"). Produced by Sky Italia ("The Young Pope") and Lux Vide ("Medici: Masters of Florence"), the series is based on a best-selling novel by Italian trader Guido Maria Brera, inspired by the global financial crisis of 2008. The story unfolds within a thriller set in the financial world at the London office of a major American bank. Dempsey plays bank CEO Dominic, while Borghi portrays trading head Massimo, an Italian. Filming is set to begin next month in London and Rome.
