This marks Chandler's return to starring in a Showtime series since "The Lie." It tells the story of October 19, 1987, when Wall Street encountered the most severe stock market crash in history, as a group of outsiders destroyed the financial system long held by blue-blooded elites. Chandler plays a self-taught stock market mogul, Lanness plays a stock trading prodigy, and Hall plays a trading supervisor. The writing duo of David Caspe and Jordan Cahan, known for "Marry Me," is developing the script and serving as showrunners, with the series set to premiere next January.
