The seemingly careless Ryuuzaki Ikuo (played by Toma Ikuta) is the top detective at Shinjuku's Second Police Station, known for his high case-solving rate. On this day, his partner, the esteemed Hibino Mizuki (played by Satomi Ishihara), is very angry.
