In a Japanese restaurant under the night sky, the current Prime Minister Ichiro Ato (played by Fumiyo Kohinata) and his secretary Seiji Koga (played by Kenichi Takito) are discussing important matters with a certain bigwig. However, the guest is in a foul mood and has no appetite. Just as the atmosphere becomes tense, a temporary waitress, Kurumi Ichiki (played by Ayame Gouriki), brings out a small dish, lightening the mood. Koga notices this detail and decides to bring back Ichiki, who had already been dismissed. It turns out that both he and the Prime Minister recognize the importance of food politics, leading them to revive the position of "official chef" that has been vacant for seventy years since Shigeru Yoshida. With no other options, Ichiki reluctantly accepts their proposal, but can she make her mark in a male-dominated world with her exceptional culinary skills? This film is adapted from the manga by Mitsuru Nishimura and Mitsuru Osaki.
