The previous work depicted the madness of Amamiya Rika, who went to any lengths to get the one she loved. This prologue story illustrates how Rika, who craves familial love and pure love, comes into being. The setting is the luxurious Amamiya residence located in a high-end residential area of Tokyo, where the stunningly beautiful professional housewife Rimi (Takaoka), her doctor husband Takeshi, and their twin daughters Rika and Yuka form an unassailable family.
