Frank Doelger, producer of "Game of Thrones," is set to develop a brand new thriller series called "Concordia" for Germany's ZDF network. The setting is similar to "Minority Report," featuring millions of cameras connected to an AI system that monitors every aspect of citizens' lives and prevents criminal suspects from committing crimes before they happen. The entire city is without firearms, and the crime rate is zero, until one day, a body is discovered in the suburbs... The series has invited Mike Walden, writer of "The Frankenstein Chronicles," to pen the script.
