The story focuses on the lovable loser Kite Man, who, with his new girlfriend Golden Glider, moonlights as a criminal to support their ridiculous purchase project—a rundown dive bar in Gotham called Noonan’s. Opening a bar under the shadow of Lex Luthor's "Doomsday Legion" takes Kite Man and Golden Glider's relationship to the next level. No one ever said serving beers to Gotham's most dangerous villains outside of Arkham Asylum would be easy, but sometimes you just want to go to a place where everyone knows your name, and everyone knows how to hide a body.
