After falling from a national actor to a victim of an abusive love relationship, Lee Soon-jae (played by Lee Soon-jae) encounters retired police dog Sophie while hiding in a village in Namhae. He discovers that he can understand what Sophie is saying. Following this, various mysterious events occur in Namhae village, leading the talking Sophie and the dog-speaking Lee Soon-jae to team up to solve cases. Lee Ki-dong, played by Park Sung-woong, is Lee Soon-jae's son, and he is an unemployed drifter and actor. "Dog Talk" will be broadcast simultaneously in South Korea, China, Japan, and Southeast Asia in April 2024.
