The collapse of the bubble economy leads to Wandae Kumihiko (played by Koichi Sato), who previously ran a disco smoothly, accumulating massive debts to the gang, Dai Oe Group. Soon, Wandae teams up with the bullied employee Hagiwara (played by Naoto Takenaka) and the handsome male prostitute Mitsuya (played by Masahiro Motoki). The three quickly hit it off and plan to steal the vast funds of the Dai Oe Group. Before long, the group’s ineffectual underling Jimmy (played by Kippei Shiina) and former cop Ice Head (played by Jinpachi Nezu) also join in, formally forming the five-man group.
