In Anderson, California, a Saturday morning saw six gang members shot dead by the police. Their associates vowed to take revenge. That afternoon, Officer Bishop (played by Austin Stoker) was assigned to guard an soon-to-be-abandoned police station. Meanwhile, three criminals, led by the ruthless Napoleon Wilson (played by Darwin Joston), were being transported to another prison from the California prison at Lock Luces. The vengeful gang opened fire on a little girl on the way; her father killed one of the assailants and then fled to the police station guarded by Bishop, where only Bishop and two female clerks were present. Not long before, the transport vehicle had made an emergency stop at this police station due to a medical emergency involving one of the prisoners. At that moment, officers and inmates were ambushed and shot by gang members outside, prompting Bishop to decide to use Wilson's strength to fend off the rioters outside the station...
