In the previous work, it portrayed Amamiya Rika's frenzied stalking, resorting to any means to obtain her loved one. This zero episode tells the story of how the longing for family love and pure love gave birth to Rika. The setting is the luxurious Amamiya residence located in a high-end residential area of Tokyo, where the model-like beautiful housewife Rimi (Takaoka), her doctor husband Takeshi, and their twin daughters Rika and Yuka form an unassailable family.
