Mitsuki Yoshizawa (played by Marika Ito) is an assistant producer for a variety show at the local TV station "P Tele," spending her busy days submitting proposals in hopes of one day joining a production team. One day, she receives a call from the production manager, informing her that her script project has been approved. However, she is disheartened when the director asks Mitsuki, "Can we make the protagonist of this project a person with disabilities?" Despite her confusion, the project continues to move forward with the condition of using disabled actors. Initially, Mitsuki wants to create an entertaining school drama and conducts research visits for it. Eventually, she meets Haru Miyajima (played by Yui Waka), a high school girl in a wheelchair.
