After being incarcerated for a long seventeen years, the now "grown-up" Michael Myers finally found an opportunity to escape from his confining prison thanks to his strong physique. The long-suppressed hatred and demonic urge for killing had finally been released, and he couldn't wait to return to Haddonfield to seek out the only person he ever truly cared for, his sister Laurie.
