Tian (Sahaphap Wongratch) undergoes a heart transplant, with the donor being a young woman who tragically died in an accident. Through the diary left by the donor, Tian gradually learns about the deeds of the original owner of the heart beating in his chest, discovering that she made a promise with an officer named Vafa (Pirapat Watthanasetsiri) to count a thousand stars together. To express his gratitude, Tian decides to fulfill their promise on behalf of the woman. Thus, Tian meets Vafa, but Vafa treats Tian with great coldness and distance. Not knowing if it’s because of the heart, Tian discovers that whenever he gets close to Vafa, his heart starts racing uncontrollably. Is this all a problem with the heart, or is it his own issue?
