The story unfolds around the unfortunate circumstances of the perfect girl, Xilin (played by Liu Yiling). A professional dancer, she finally fights for her most important performance opportunity in her life, but a water accident leaves her paralyzed from the waist down, destroying her life. Xilin's dreams come to an abrupt halt, her world shatters, and her once-happy family collapses. Xilin's situation leaves her parents and younger brother at a loss. While they feel heartbroken, they must make sacrifices to provide the best care for Xilin. The entire family revolves around her life, but this also creates rifts among them as they endure immense pressure.
