Bill (Manu Ríos) is a resident doctor at a public hospital, where he has been working for several months. Hundreds of shifts, thousands of hours, with almost no time for his own life. But this is his profession, and he is willing to do everything to become the best doctor. What he doesn't expect is for the hospital to erupt in a full-scale strike, with no minimum services provided. To raise public awareness of the important work being done at the hospital and to protest against the government cuts affecting the public health system, the staff is forced to take this action. However, Bill and other resident doctors are unsure whether to participate in this strike, which could have fatal consequences for patients. From this conflict, we will understand the daily lives of each of them: who are the young individuals shouldering excessive responsibilities at the hospital, and who are the adults willing to lose everything for their beliefs?
