A heart transplant connects the musical talent Xia Yuanzheng from Chongqing and the wealthy heir Luo Jiaheng from Singapore. Luo Jiaheng gains Xia Yuanzheng's amazing abilities and some of her memories. Guided by his heart, he follows the song in Xia Yuanzheng's heart with his classmate Dai Yingxi to the dreamlike Chongqing. In Chongqing, he meets Xia Yuanzheng's childhood friends Yu Xiaoxiao and Cheng Fengming. Four young people, two pairs of cross-national lovers, and one heart that pulls everyone together begin a romantic journey filled with laughter and tears.
