"The Divine General Girl: Eight Generals" is a Taiwanese drama produced by Huashi Main Frequency and Public Television Taiwan, and it is the first Taiwanese drama themed around female Eight Generals. It is adapted from the story of female Eight Generals in the Neimen District of Kaohsiung City, depicting the female protagonist's challenge to the taboos of Taiwanese folk beliefs in establishing a female Eight Generals, from being unrecognized to becoming a light of Taiwan, blending the cultural heritage and innovation of Taiwanese Eight Generals and Song Jiang formations.
