Adult Swim has announced a spin-off of "Rick and Morty": the Japanese animated style "Rick and Morty: The Anime," directed by Takashi Sano (from "Tower of God"), with a reservation for a full season of 10 episodes. It is described as a new story about "this awesome family," independent of the main storyline but will include themes and events from "Rick and Morty."
