The Mochizuki couple living in a wealthy community enjoy an enviable and happy life. Kohei Mochizuki (played by Hideo Ito) comes from a poor background, but his wife, Miriya (played by Yoshino Kimura), comes from a well-off family. After Miriya's parents passed away, they left behind a substantial inheritance, which Kohei used to run a coffee shop.
