Coming from a poor family, Qiuju is gentle and kind. After marrying into the Gao family, she does not receive love but suffers bullying, serving her young husband day after day, managing the household carefully and frugally. The gradually growing Gao Yaozong (played by Liu Kaiwei) later falls in love with someone else, but the resilient Qiuju continues to bear the weight of the family. Yaozong eventually goes to Taiwan, and Qiuju single-handedly supports the family business. In order to reunite with her family, she embarks on a journey to Taiwan to seek her relatives...
