The Spring City Hotel is a troublesome mess. The leaders of the catering company decided to send Niu Hong (played by Sun Chun) to manage the Spring City. Encouraged by his sister Niu Hua (played by Chen Ye), Niu Hong takes office. Under Niu Hong's leadership, the hotel turns its losses into profits, unprecedentedly issuing bonuses. In the fight for the bonus, Sun Lianxiang (played by Qiu Yuzhen) and Cui Fen (played by Tong Yan) argue intensely, leading Niu Hong to withhold their bonuses. Qiu Erbao (played by Sun Min) is also punished for violating regulations.
