This show has a tone similar to HBO's "Succession." The story spans both New York and London, focusing on a British Black family, their ambitions, and their reactions to misfortunes. Stephen Richards, a self-made man, establishes a beauty empire and has a knack for turning dreams into reality; even abandoning his first wife and two children, Nina and Simon, becomes a boon for him.
