Theodosia Throckmorton, also known as Theo, is the 14-year-old daughter of two brave Egyptian archaeologists who are excavating in the Valley of the Kings in 1906. When Theo and her brother, the inventive Henry, accidentally discover a hidden tomb and a mysterious artifact, the "Eye of Horus," Theo unlocks the ability to see and perform real magic, leading her to a whole new world filled with mystery and danger.
