In Earth-65, Spider-Woman Gwen (voiced by Hailee Steinfeld) is filled with guilt over the death of her friend Peter, and her father's misunderstanding of Spider-Man adds to her anxiety. During one mission, Gwen meets allies Miguel O'Hara and Jessica Drew from other universes. From them, she learns that to prevent further collapse of the multiverse, Miguel plans to establish a strike team made up of elite Spider-People. Gwen is invited to join them and uses the opportunity to travel through time and space to Earth-1610, where she reunites with Miles (voiced by Shameik Moore). At this point, Miles has a strained relationship with his parents and longs for Gwen, wanting to join the strike team but facing rejection. Subsequently, Miles hears a terrifying piece of news: losing loved ones is the tragic fate of every Spider-Person across all universes...
