In Frog Village, due to the land occupation for a highway, four households are facing relocation and allocation of residential land. To ensure fairness, everyone agrees to draw lots for the distribution; however, the honest villager Tian Sheng is bullied by Si Hun and others, ending up with a piece of undesirable land that no one wants.
