Retired worker Lao Zhao (played by Zhao Benshan) sets his sights on a plus-size woman who embarrassingly asks him for 50,000 yuan as wedding expenses upon their first meeting. Reluctantly, Lao Zhao agrees. His apprentice Xiao Fu suggests that he turn an old bus cabin behind the factory into a dating venue for couples, naming it "Happy Times Cottage." One day, Lao Zhao visits the plus-size woman's home and meets a blind girl (played by Dong Jie) left behind by the woman's ex-husband. The plus-size woman dislikes her and insists that Lao Zhao arrange for the blind girl to work at "Happy Times Cottage." Unfortunately, when Lao Zhao takes the blind girl to "work," the old bus cabin has been hoisted into the air.
